Sandra B. Giancola, 70, of Marietta, died Wednesday at her residence. Born in Unadilla, she was the daughter of the late Samuel E. and Willie Maude Watson Bartlett. She worked as a librarian in the Cobb County Public Library for 12 years and enjoyed painting and reading but her greatest enjoyment was her grandchildren. Survivors: sons, Sam Butler (Shannon Kelley) of Marietta, Steve Giancola (Lesley) of Acworth and James Giancola (Jessica) of Marietta; daughter, Christy Giancola of Marietta; brothers, John Bartlett of Smyrna, Dan Bartlett of Smyrna and David Bartlett of Atlanta; grandchildren, Jessica Evans, Jason Evans, Damon Haynie, Samuel Giancola, Jack Giancola and Charlotte Giancola Funeral services will be at 1 PM Saturday in Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla with interment in Walnut Cemetery.
