Mr. Bobby Oscar Botts, age 68 of Powder Springs, passed away Tuesday, February 19. A funeral service will be held 12 pm Tuesday, February 26 in the chapel of Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta with the Rev. Larry Ritch officiating. Interment will be in Georgia National Cemetery. Mr. Botts was Baptist. He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Mike) Owen of Knoxville, TN, brother Donnie Botts of Powder Springs, sisters Delorise Gunter of Mineral Bluff, Janice Burelsmith of Louisiana, grandchildren Joshua Colvin, Tara Hood, Mallory Hood, and several other grandchildren, great granddaughter Aleigha Jade Colvin. The family will receive friends from 2-5 Sunday, February 24 and 6-8 pm Monday, February 25 at the funeral home.
