Janet Noel Ulmer, age 43, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 15, 2013, at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia. She was born December 21, 1969, in Cherry Point, South Carolina. She was a 1987 graduate of Richland Northeast High School, Columbia, North Carolina. She married David Christopher Ulmer in Memphis, Tennessee on June 28, 1997. Janet loved the Atlanta Braves, the Atlanta Falcons, animals and everyone she met, who loved her back for her joyful and wonderful spirit. She is survived by her husband David, her father Jack Young, sister Judy, brothers Jay, James and Brian. She was preceded in death by her mother Shirley, and her brother Jeffrey. Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 21, 2013, at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home, 180 Church Street, Marietta, Georgia, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 P.M.
