Ruth Helen Pace, age 78, wife of Rev. Ray M. Pace, of Marietta, Georgia went to be with the Lord on February 7, 2013. She and her husband served as a team in the ministry of the Lord for their 61 years of marriage offering hope and encouragement to countless souls touched by her life. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Pace is survived by children and their spouses David and Lynn Pace, Richard and Brenda Pace, and Diane and Leslie Forrester. She has two surviving sisters, Esther Catts and Mary Gens, and one brother John Goodyear. She was preceded in death by brothers William, Jimmy, and Bobby Goodyear. Her loving family also consists of five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Mount Paran North Church, 1700 Allgood Road, Marietta, GA 30062. Visitation will be at the church just prior to the funeral from 12:00 until 2:00 pm. A private interment will be at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA.
