Edward Buchanan Risse, age 98, of Marietta, GA died on Saturday, February 2, 2013. A memorial service will be held 3 pm Sunday, February 10, 2013 in the Sanctuary of the First United Methodist Church of Marietta with Dr. Sam Matthews officiating. Visitation will follow the service. Ed was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years Annette McKinney Risse. He is survived by his daughter and her husband, April and Tony Hipps; son and his wife, John and Rebecca Risse; grandchildren, Mike and Shannon Hipps, Joey and Dana Hipps, Angie and Brett Beier; and eight great-grandchildren.
