“Police received information from a confidential source that stated they have purchased heroin at this apartment 10 times, and different black males have sold to them each time,” according to the warrants.
The arrest warrant for Dukes also states that a .45-caliber pistol, which was registered in someone else’s name, was located in his bedroom. The gun was reportedly stolen on Aug. 21, 2012, in Cobb County.
