The purpose of the event is to underscore the importance of students staying in school and furthering their education. Students competed against each other in a series of interactive challenges, including facing off against Army soldiers in feats of strength, scaling a rock-climbing wall and getting turned upside-down in an Apache helicopter simulator.
Participants also heard first-hand from decorated Army soldiers and Daytona 500 Champion Ryan Newman about what it means to be Army Strong and how education has impacted their careers.
