Silly I suppose, but I want to ask, is MDJ columnist Kevin Foley somehow closely kin to Bill Press?
Comedian Jerry Clower, now departed, had a saying that went something like this: “He is educated beyond his intelligence.” One can be an intellectually OK person while remaining sadly lacking in common sense — meaning in this case one who is spoon fed by academia and never matures to a point of ever thinking for himself.
May Heaven help us in November.

A reasonable question, I guess!
But he's not quite as smart
And has an even meaner heart
For to get him to tell the truth
Is as hard as extracting a tooth.
And I guess I don't pass his bar
By telling him "whoever you are!"
I guess, so I don't turn to drink
I'll ignore whatever he may think
It's best to not read what he writes
It will keep you up nights---
I'll not take time to ponder
Of what he does maunder
The truth he does mangle
with his liberal angle!
So, a bas with Kevin Foley
Not partially but wholly
The man is a phoney
And talks but baloney!
You are too kind!
Make no mistake about it, Mr. Foley. You are a socialist, and there is absolutely nothing progressive about socialism. This is why comment writers here dislike your opinions and those of Mr. Press.
Why is it conservatives have such a hard time looking in the mirror we progressives hold up for them?
His columns most often seem to be personal attacks on republicans, and he's unable to back them up with actual facts. So yeah, he's Bill Press II. Just what we need around here to remind us we MUST stay engaged and vote in November.
Both authors make for great comedy, and as a bonus, they give new meaning to the word 'delusional'.
For a humorous look into what a fantasy world devoid of fact actually looks like, I encourage you to read their columns weekly.
