KENNESAW — Two Kennesaw Mountain High School students were arrested last week on suspicion of spray painting offensive messages about their teachers on the school walls.

Zacharie John Black of Marietta was arrested Aug. 15, and Matthew Esteban Rosado of Kennesaw was arrested Aug. 17. Both were charged with misdemeanor

criminal trespassing. Each was released on a $2,500 bond, Black n Aug. 16 and Rosado on Aug. 18.

According to warrants for their arrests, Black and Rosado spray painted the names of teachers followed by “obscene remarks” with black paint on the east outside wall of the fine arts building, west outside gym wall and walkways of the high school around 3:50 a.m. last Wednesday. According to the warrants, they were caught on the school security camera inside the gym and stairwell leading outside, and Black allegedly admitted in writing to a witness that he and Rosado spray painted the walls and walkways.

Not related to these two individuals, rumor has it that KMHS had 3 drug busts on the first week of school as well. This is insane! Post a full time drug officer and K-9!

Parents need to wake up and monitor their kid's activities. All sorts of kids are doing drugs and drinking like sailors, including the poor, middle class and the wealthy. It's getting out of control folks.

A perfect example of what's wrong with today's youth: They literally have no respect for anybody or for the property of others. They, and their parents, should all be ashamed.

If there is something wrong with today's youth blame the previous generation which brought them up. This generation has not even fully grown up yet. Why don't we wait before passing judgement?

At "anonyous": You sound just like our current prezzdent; blaming others for your own poor behavior. Get a grip and growup!

Rosado, I believe, plays football for them. If I were the coach, he'd be off the team immediately.

Wow, judgement, judgement, judgement... Does anyone think before they post these days? Do any of you posters know these individuals? Or are you lumping them into a stero typical class of "kids today are all bad and out of control" and "there parents have no control or care over them." Do any of you have children? I think we need to focus today more on the children and society as a whole and be less judgemental and more concerned on how and why these incidents happen. We were all young once and did our share of stupid incidents.. Maybe the posters are just a handful of the ones who didn't get caught.. Not saying or approving the act of these children.. however lets hold our judgement and be more concerned with the children and the "why" behind the act.. Let's not assume it's drug related or they are delinquents.

If I was a teacher named in the graffiti, I would file a lawsuit against them!
