Mableton tire store robbed

MABLETON — Two men robbed a tire store in Mableton on Saturday, Cobb Police said.

An employee of the Tire Tech store located at 5959 Mableton Parkway was working alone at 4 p.m.

Saturday when two men arrived at the business and asked him some questions, police said. While the employee was working, the two men pushed him down and tied him up in the back of the store, then took cash from the victim and drove off, according to police.

Police describe the suspects as a black man, 5 feet 7 inches tall, in his 20s and thin; and another black man, 6 feet tall, in his 20s, bearded and with a heavy-set build.
