EAST COBB — The body of the man found in the Chattahoochee River on Wednesday has been identified as Ralph Taco McGhee, 39, from Decatur.

Two men flyfishing found McGhee's body in the river near 6640 Akers Mill Road, near the county line.

Police have put out a warrant for Hajja Kennyatta Martin, 39, who investigators think lived with McGhee in Decatur. The warrant is for aggravated assault and felony murder.
