PORTLAND, Ore. — The Trail Blazers and free agent J.J. Hickson agreed to a one-year deal to bring the forward, a former Wheeler High School star, back to Portland.
The agreement was confirmed Wednesday by Hickson's agent, Andy Miller. It was first reported by Yahoo Sports.
Miller would not disclose financial terms.
Hickson was claimed by the Blazers off waivers from Sacramento last March. He appeared in 19 games with Portland, averaging 15.1 points and 8.3 rebounds.
