Eddy Campbell, 65, of Acworth, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2011. Funeral service will be held Thursday, September 29, 7pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Born in Athens, TN Mr. Campbell was a resident of Acworth since 1975. He had retired from Atlantic Steel in November of 1996 after 30 years and was currently employed with the Cobb County Board of Education as a Bus Driver. He loved this position and the kids he transported. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and was preceded in death by his wife Deloris Campbell. Those who survive Eddy are his wife, Tamara Campbell of Acworth, son, Paul E. Campbell of Cumming, daughter, Missy Keeney of Acworth, grandson, Ethan Campbell, sister, Brenda Campbell of Albuquerque, NM and brother, Jack Campbell of Lula, GA. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-9pm at the funeral home.
