CobbWorks gets $20K grant
MARIETTA - As part of its fifth annual Building Community Day program, The Home Depot Foundation awarded $20,000 to CobbWorks, Inc. The donation will be used to support employment and training services provided by CobbWorks.
Through its Building Community Day program, sponsored in partnership with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, The Home Depot Foundation connects with some of Atlanta's most effective nonprofit organizations, which are focused on building communities through innovative programs and collaborative partnerships that fall outside of the Foundation's usual areas of giving.
CobbWorks, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization governed by a board of directors with oversight from the Cobb Workforce Investment Board.
