Two Cobb County men receive prison time in gang case

Jamal Akeem Lisbon, 18, of Smyrna, and Calvin ‘Roscoe’ Jermaine McKinney, 17, of Austell, each pleaded guilty Tuesday to five counts of Violation of Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act for their involvement in a gang-related burglary.
