Marietta man stole from neighbors while dog sitting

Eric Duffin allegedly stole sunglasses, jewelry, and a man’s belt from his neighbors while dog sitting. The victim saw Duffin wearing the missing belt when she went to confront him about the missing property, according to the arrest warrant.
