Cobb Superior Court Judge Mary Staley choked up a bit after receiving the 2015 Woman of Distinction Award on Monday, saying the honor was completely unexpected. “Well, when you don’t know what to say, I guess the best thing to say is ‘thank you,’” Staley said after receiving the award at the Cobb Chamber of Commerce’s First Monday Breakfast event.
