POWDER SPRINGS — A 2010 Hillgrove High School graduate moved to Guatemala, dropped out of college and started a nonprofit, all to help impoverished orphans obtain an education. Alycia Harrah, 22, of Powder Springs, is the director of operations for More Than Compassion, a nonprofit organization that provides homes and an education for about 125 orphans in Guatemala.
