MARIETTA — Michael Horne, a major who served 21 years in the Army, said he visited the Marietta National Cemetery, along with 3,000 others, Monday to pay his respects to 52 members of his regiment, the 15th Infantry Regiment, buried there. “As a soldier, I’m just a legacy of all these other guys.
