Collecting remarks from elected officials around the nation on Obama trashing the constitution with his illegal executive amnesty?
Don’t overlook this one.
Below is a reaction/quote to the Atlanta Newspapers from Nathan Deal, the newly re-elected Republican Governor of Georgia - where we have more illegal aliens than Arizona and where he says we spend more than $2.4 billion annually on the crime of illegal immigration.
“Anytime the legislative process is circumvented, we all should have concerns, and this is no exception. Based on the information being circulated in the news about the proposed order, I have reservations and further questions.”
— Gov. Nathan Deal

In a primetime address on November 20, President Obama made his sales pitch to the American people for a series of immigration executive actions he will sign on November 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here is what you need to know:
What actions is Obama taking specifically?
The key to Obama's new immigration policy is the creation of one new amnesty program and the expansion of another.
Specifically, Obama's new amnesty program will give illegal immigrants who have been in the United States for at least five years, and who are parents of U.S. citizens or legal residents, a three year work permit. This permit will also allow them to obtain a Social Security number and get a driver's license. Pew estimates that 3.5 million current illegal immigrants will qualify for this program…
VIDEO: Ignore your own lying eyes! Listen to the screaming liberals! Illegal voting just does not happen!
A lot to ignore here…
Below is a short video report from North Carolina that shows the mentality of the Democrat get-out-the-vote machine.
Ignore it! Don’t ask if illegal votes elected Democrat Al Franken to the U.S. Senate in 2008. Do not ask if Dear Leader Obama is in office because of illegal voting. Because that would be, you know… “racist.” Right?
Forget about “motor-voter” registration! Do not ask how many illegal aliens have managed to register to vote here in Georgia where the Republican-controlled state government has been giving illegal aliens a drivers licenses since 2012!
And don’t ask how many more victims of borders will be awarded a Georgia drivers license when Obama expands his own voter-drive program called “DACA - deferred deportation” to millions more illegals.
Don’t even ask if illegal voting had any effect on the elections of 2008 or 2010, as is discussed in this news story.
Which reminds me of a grin I saw on Facebook this week:
“Uncle Irving is gone now. He voted conservative in every election in his hometown of Chicago until the day he died, twenty years ago.
Ever since then, he has voted Democrat.”
What ever you do, do not ask how many Georgia Republicans pander to, contribute to and are members of the leftist illegal alien lobby in the Peach State!
Illegal alien murderers released by Obama’s immigration enforcement agency
Companion information to my latest MDJ commentary.
Last year, President Barack Hussein Obama’s administration released 36,007 criminal illegal aliens from deportation proceedings and ICE custody, including 169 illegal aliens who have already been convicted of “homicide-related crimes” in the U.S.
*You can see the Center for Immigration Studies revelation, including a chart, from earlier this year here.
CIS also created a reference map to match zip codes with U.S. locations.
Here in the Atlanta area, WSB TV did a same-day (Friday, August 22, 2014) segment on the seven killer illegals released that had Georgia zip codes featuring comments from Cobb Sherriff Neil Warren.
On Monday, August 25 WSB followed up with another segment (“Activist: Convicted killers' release not cause for alarm”) with comments from Cobb County’s Village thinker, Rich Pellegrino.
For your education, we link to both WSB TV news segments below.
We also note that I have spent the week since the news of the homicide illegal aliens release trying to pry public comment out of the elected officials elected to serve and protect Georgians. With the exception of the Cobb Sheriff , I have been unable to locate any comment, news or expression of outrage from any of these officials.
We are happy to note that Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, David Perdue, offered this quote to WSB TV on Monday:
"Releasing convicted criminals into our communities is not only dangerous but it is unacceptable. The president's failed policies of amnesty and catch and release have created an illegal immigration crisis and sends the wrong message to those trying to come into our country legally. As David Perdue has said all along, securing our borders and enforcing current laws is a matter of national security and must remain our top priority."
We link to the official website of Governor Nathan Deal. As of 2:00 PM Thursday we see no press release on the illegal alien murderers being released into Georgia.
As we suspect most people will be, we are alarmed at the absence of any visible attempt from politicians to educate constituents on the details of the above and to insure that voters are clear on the position of most officials - including state and local office holders - candidates for office and political party leaders.
And we don’t care who knows it.
Georgia contains more illegal aliens than does Arizona.
WSB TV news segment with Sheriff Neil Warren
WSB TV news segment with Rich Pellegrino segment:
It seems that even in Obama’s hometown for community organizing, Americans are starting to be pointedly vocal on his betrayals concerning immigration and equal protection.
Below is a video and report of a few of these quite observant citizens asking – without any flowers – why our own poor and oppressed are not the center of Dear Leader’s focus.
A note of suggestion to the Republicans who continually wring their hands on how to enlarge their tent: Try hard to understand that people will eventually “get it” if you make it clear that you stand for equal opportunity and protection under the law for all Americans. And that we as a nation should promise and work for equal opportunity, not an equal outcome.
And that enforcing immigration and employment laws is the base of the “protect American workers” plan.
Catering to the business lobby that is in bed with the ACLU and La Raza et al on immigration enforcement isn’t fooling anyone. Well, except maybe some Georgia state legislators, but no one else…
Compare the cries of the Americans in Chicago to a song sung by a group of illegal aliens who regard themselves as victims of borders (“Illegal Aliens Chant in Spanish: ‘Illegal are your laws and that’s why I’m not leaving” )
“No me digas illegal”/Don’t call me illegal ““Porque eso no lo soy”/Because I am not ““llegal son sus leyes”/Illegal are your laws ““Y por eso no me voy”/And that’s why I’m not leaving…””
VIDEO: Another border crisis - What you may not know about “the children” and what to expect in Georgia
Readers who have heard about Obama’s request for tax dollars to deal with the stampede of “the children” at the southern border on “the news” may want to see these two videos of what Obama’s goal for life in the entire country looks like.
For my Republican friends, keep telling yourselves that if we just grant another amnesty and double legal immigration, the problem will go away - and that these people, once made “legal” will bloom into small government, low-tax, conservative GOP voters.
Bonus x 2: Congressman Dr. Tom price (GA 6) has released a public statement on Obama’s request for mo’money to throw at the invasion he arranged.
And here is a copy of the letter Congressman Dr. Phil Gingrey (GA 11) sent to the director of the Atlanta-based Center for Disease Control.
Great work by Breitbart News.

1) Driven mostly by illegal employment, illegal immigration is costing Georgia taxpayers and the state budget about $2.4 billion dollars a year according to Gov. Deal in 2011. Georgia contains more illegal aliens than Arizona, according to DHS.
In 1996, congress created what is now known as the federal E-Verify employment verification system. Free to use, internet-based and mostly a voluntary program today, the system was originally proposed as a nationwide, mandatory-use program for all employers. Use of E-Verify uses Social Security numbers and other data already available to the federal government to offer employers guidance on the employment eligibility of already-hired new employees.
Rather like the concept that no one would break into Disney World if they know they can’t ride the rides, most experts on both sides of the debate agree that mandating use of E-Verify would go a long way in reducing illegal immigration and protecting American jobs. E-Verify is already required for many federal contractors. Georgia has had E-Verify use law on the books since 2006.
*Q – Given that it is a federal offense to knowingly hire and employ illegal labor, as a member of congress, would you work to pass federal legislation that mandated use of E-Verify for all employers, nationwide? *Note: this is a “YES” or “NO” question.
Barry Loudermilk: “YES”
Bob Barr: “YES”
2) Traditional levels of immigration is around 250,00-300,00 annually. The U.S. currently takes in more than one million legal immigrants each year, more than any other nation in the world. The Pew Center, the Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies and other authorities report that most immigrants tend to vote big-government Democrat. A coalition of activists on the left who are in search of new voters and business interests looking for higher profits dominate the immigration debate in Washington and are pushing hard for not only another legalization program, but a doubling or tripling of legal immigration and huge expansion of the various existing guest worker programs. The general proposal is to add about 33 million permanent job seekers through legalization and immigration increases over the next decade. Thirty three million is almost the equivalent of California. This does not count the proposed doubling of guest workers that some in Congress are calling for.
Using the logic of natural laws of supply and demand, many voters make the observation that, importing even more foreign labor, legal or not, would surely result in lower wages and more desperation from American workers in the search for jobs.
*Q - Are there any circumstances under which you would vote to increase legal immigration and guest worker levels as the people’s Rep from the 11th District of Georgia? *Note: This is a “YES” or “NO” question.
Barry Loudermilk: “NO”
Bob Barr: “NO”
3) In the U.S., there are correctly severe penalties for parents leaving their children alone in a parked car. These penalties are enforced.
Estimates are that by the end of the fiscal year ending October 1, about 90,000 children between the ages of 17-4 will have been brought to and dropped off at the southern border of the USA. because People have been told by news outlets in Central America that congress will soon pass another amnesty or that President Obama will unilaterally grant them and the parents who bring them parents free passage into the country and supply them with benefits and schooling. These illegal aliens are searching for and confidently turning themselves in to American Border Patrol Agents. Many of the illegal crossers are pregnant. President Obama has awarded taxpayer funded legal assistance to these illegal aliens, although there is no requirement that Americans pay for this legal assistance. Reports from Texas alone show that about 1000 illegal aliens are coming over each day.
*Q - As a member of congress, what action would you push for regarding these children dropped of at our borders and the people who bring them in to the USA illegally? *NOTE: Please limit your responses to 100 words.
Barry Loudermilk: “The root of the illegal immigration crisis in the United States is twofold. First, the Southern Border is not secure and the Federal Government has not taken steps to secure our nation from illegal entry. Our Border Patrol is underfunded, undermanned and has not been given the technological tools they need to ensure the safety and security of residents who live along the border. Secondly, our legal immigration system and work visa program is broken. Furthermore, the Federal government is not forcing the immigration laws we have on the books. Before we can have any relief from the influx of illegal aliens entering into the United State we must secure the borders, enforce our current immigration laws and reform our legal immigration system.
The current influx of children into the United States is placing a tremendous burden on Border States. My heart goes out to these children and families who are being brought across the border, but the Federal government and especially the current administration have not only avoided preventing this travesty, but are encouraging it by providing legal services for these families, at taxpayers’ expense.
While these families are here and under the authority and care of our immigration and naturalization service, we should provide for their immediate medical and basic needs, but only until they are returned to the authorities of the nation from which they originated to be reunited with their families.”strong>
Bob Barr: “The mass border crossings by “children” reflects a deliberate policy by this Administration to encourage people to enter the U.S. illegally. The Congress must take action immediately – through its oversight responsibility and the power of the purse – to stop this Administration from spending taxpayer dollars dispersing these children around the country.
It is one thing to provide sustenance to the children in the immediate area of the border; beyond that, they should be placed on buses and sent back to Mexico. We must demand Mexico take action to stop this illegal migration, instead of condoning if not encouraging it.”
BLUE CARD AMNESTY for illegal alien farm workers: Georgia Agriculture lobbyist Bryan Tolar invents his own “facts” on amnesty legislation – all systems normal
A fixture in the Georgia state Capitol, most Georgians have never heard of Bryan Tolar, but they should pay attention to him and his willingness to hide the truth on the current push for another amnesty for illegal aliens.
Tolar, (for Twitter users, @BTolar) is not just another integrity-challenged lobbyist. He is also president of the Georgia Agribusiness Council which is the immensely powerful advocate for the growers in the state . At the Dustin Inman Society, we have been following his antics for years.
Here is a 2011 Tolar guest column in the Atlanta newspapers desperately pleading with Georgia state legislators to kill the 2011 E-Verify section of Georgia’s illegal immigration law that year. In it he tells us that pay and benefits totaling $14.00 and hour is too much for the Ag masters to pay farm workers.
At least he put a number on it.
Last week, Tolar was able to get a plea for readers to contact their congressmen (“Farm labor shortage costly to state”) urging passage of “immigration reform” in the June 18 edition of the AJC in which he offered the usual goop about the shortage of farm labor, the concept that when it comes to workers wages, “money is not the issue” and the need for legalization – again - of illegal alien farm workers.
In his guest column, Tolar is selling the 2013 U.S. Senate amnesty bill and the component in it written by the Ag lobby to create a “guest worker” program for the illegal farm workers his industry hires and employs. The scheme is called a “Blue Card” program.
Tolar didn’t disappoint those of us who have watched him work for the last several years. But we have to give him credit. He did mention that there already exists a federal visa – H2A - for the Ag industry to bring in legal farm workers. He overlooked telling readers that the H2A visa has no limit to the number of workers who can be imported. Or that agriculture is the only industry in the nation with its own visa process for foreign workers.
Or that according to CNBC net cash farm income rose from the record high in 2010 of $99.4 billion to a then record high of $134.7 billion. Only 35.5 percent profit growth! Not bad for a struggling industry, eh? (Taken from “Phony Farm Labor Shortage: We Need To Talk About It” CNBC CNBC, September 2012.)
But what he did write on the Blue Card was worth noting so that you can decide if anything this character says in the future is worthy of acceptance.
From Tolar’s column:
“Recent federal legislative proposals would have met the labor needs of farmers through a “blue card” proposal. The program would not allow for amnesty; it would only allow foreign farm workers to apply for the card if they pay a fine, undergo background checks and prove they have farm work experience. A blue card would certainly not grant citizenship. It would only allow the applicant to legally remain in the country to do farm work for a limited time.”
Pro-enforcement Americans who haven’t read the Blue Card proposal in the senate bill should have access to some facts on this sales pitch. And should remember the old Latin warning: “Caveat Emptor.”
· “Amnesty” is any process that allows any illegal alien to shed that illegal status and/or remain in these United States. The Blue Card scam is amnesty.
· The fine for illegal aliens prescribed in the senate amnesty bill? It’s $400.00.
· “A blue card would certainly not grant citizenship.” Um, no, a blue card grants “Lawful Permanent Residence” – known as a green card. It is the green card status that allows the lucky former illegal alien to then obtain U.S. citizenship. Odd that Ag lobbyist Bryan Tolar didn’t make that clear, huh?
· Tolar then gets deep in the weeds on the blue card with “It would only allow the applicant to legally remain in the country to do farm work for a limited time.” Complete, indefensible nonsense. Having obtained a blue card, the formerly illegal alien recipient is now on his way to a green card (lawful permanent status) and then to the jackpot: U.S. citizenship. And the ability to vote. “Limited time” indeed.
See what we mean about Bryan Tolar? The section of the 2013 Senate amnesty bill (s744) that deals with what becomes of blue card holder is section # 2212. The first sentence explains that the holder can access permanent legal residence. The first sentence! That section reproduced HERE.

D.A. King shares his irate reaction to Jeb Bush’s “act of love” - from Fox News Latino
Last Sunday, former Florida Governor and possible GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush offered some thoughts on the crime of illegal immigration and enforcement.
On Monday, a very nice editor at Fox News Latino contacted me asking for my own pro-enforcement opinion on Jeb’s statement. That commentary went up on the Fox News Latino website Tuesday. In the interest of local education, I post part of it here, with a link to the entire irate column. Bush’s original remarks can be seen on video here.
Interestingly, I have not heard a peep out of anybody in the Georgia delegation in Washington D.C., any elected Georgia Republicans or from any of the candidates for federal office in Georgia about this revealing insight into the mind of someone who is likely going to run to replace Barack Obama. Or maybe Mitt Romney. Either this newshound is missing the Georgia politicians reaction and intent to reaffirm their own position on amnesty vs enforcement, or they are silent. Put your money on the latter possibility.
Personal note: Jeb Bush’s remarks and the cone of silence from most Republicans is another reason this working-class conservative will never be a member of any political party.
On Jeb’s 'Act Of Love': Republicans Should Keep Looking For A Presidential Candidate
By D.A. King
Published April 08, 2014
Fox News Latino Opinion
Call it the Jeb Bush, establishment-Republican variation on “they are just looking for a better life” cliché. And let’s just call him “Jeb.”
In what should be the last words of a viable presidential campaign probe, Jeb defends the victims of borders who illegally enter the remnants of the Republic and take American jobs with the unforgettable words "yes, they broke the law, but it's not a felony. It's an act of love, it's an act of commitment to your family.”
Apparently American families – of all descriptions – are not a priority for Jeb when it comes to the politics of dutifully providing the business bosses with “cheap” labor.
- D.A. King
Is Jeb saying that anyone in the world with a commitment to their family should be allowed to live and work in the U.S. as long as they don't plan on felonious activity? If so, it could get very crowded. We already take in more than a million legal job-seekers every year.
Not many Americans should have much trouble closing their eyes and imagining Jeb’s mindless, pandering proclamations coming out of the mouth of any screaming SEIU street protestor carrying a “not one more deportation” placard.
If not a careful explanation of why Marco Rubio took a painful – and likely permanent – nosedive in the presidential polls, somebody may want to forward the current unemployment numbers to the Bush compound. And maybe send along the United States Code regarding identity fraud and theft of Social Security numbers. Or the fact that coming back to the USA after deportation is a felony.
Jeb floated his “so be it” ramblings while at least 20 million Americans who are committed to their families are out of work or underemployed. The day after Jeb’s remarks, the Democrat-controlled Senate passed a bill to again extend unemployment payments for Americans who have been out of work for at least six months.
Apparently American families – of all descriptions – are not a priority for Jeb when it comes to the politics of dutifully providing the business bosses with “cheap” labor… Please see here for the entire column.
