A local woman faces charges after reportedly running around her neighborhood naked.

Stefanie Darling of Powder Springs allegedly shattered the windows of her home with a hammer before climbing through the window to exit the house. Once she was out of the house, she began running around the neighborhood in the nude, alarming her neighbors, according to the police warrant.

Darling reportedly threw household objects at police officers after they arrived on the scene.

Police say they are not sure if Darling was under the influence of narcotics or suffering from a mental breakdown during the incident. Darling was arrested by the Cobb County Police Department on June 7 and jailed on a $15,000 bond. She was charged with criminal damage, public indecency, and aggravated assault.
