A Marietta woman has been charged with attacking her boyfriend, cutting his arm to the bone and biting three police officers.

Danielle Judith Laprade is charged with felony aggravated assault, felony aggravated battery, felony aggravated assault of a police officer and misdemeanor battery.

Police say Laprade got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend when she began throwing furniture and breaking things inside of a unit at Rockledge Apartments on Powers Ferry Road.

She then pulled a lockblade silver knife and began swinging it at her boyfriend, according to an arrest warrant. The warrant states Laprade cut the victim’s shirt on his left bicep and left a small scratch on his outer bicep.

Police say when she swung the knife again, she cut a 3-inch laceration on his left foreman that cut to the bone.

Laprade is also accused of biting and scratching three police officers while resisting arrest. One officer sprained a left index finger, another officer was bitten on his right index finger and the third officer was bitten on her right hand.
