Darius Evans of Atlanta is accused of urinating onto the lobby of the Renaissance Waverly Hotel from an eight-floor balcony while intoxicated.

Evans reportedly unzipped his pants, propped his leg up on the balcony and began urinating on the lobby below. The arrest warrant states that Evans’ breath smelled like alcohol and he had bloodshot and watery eyes. He apparently was not a guest or a welcome visitor at the upscale hotel in the Cumberland area.

Evans was arrested by Cobb County Police on July 6 and jailed on a $2,000 bond. He was charged with criminal trespassing and public drunkenness.
