Iron Mountain, the Bank’s document destruction vendor, will park their truck in the ATM-Parking lot adjacent to the Bank’s headquarters at 307 N. Marietta Parkway. Both customers and non-customers can participate in this free event, which provides secure shredding and disposal of unneeded confidential documents.
There is no personal document limit, but businesses are limited to 400 pounds of documents.
Residents planning to participate in the Shred Fest may request to have a Personal Record Retention Schedule sent to them. WellStar names Newton as VP
MARIETTA — Bradford B. Newton, MBA, CPA, CISA, has joined WellStar Health System as vice president of information technology administration. He previously served as the director of community health records for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Newton also served as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is an honors graduate of Duke University and received his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Quality Care for Children for the past six years.
Additionally, Allan Bishop, MBA, FACHE, executive director, WellStar Health System, recently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders.
* Gas South has promoted Manon Brochu, Chris Coan and Freddy Cardozo to vice presidents to oversee sales, operations and supply.
Brochu has more than 20 years experience in business development, finance and marketing, including positions at Southern Company and Delta. Coan now serves as vice president of sales and operations for commercial and government accounts. Freddy Cardozo joined Gas South in January 2006 after working as a structuring principal with Southern Company. He previously served as Gas South’s director of supply and structuring.

* Twenty-nine Cobb County nonprofits have been honored with $1,000 “Days of Giving” donations today from Wells Fargo. The program will exceed $1 million in grants to groups across Georgia this fall.
Wells Fargo sponsors the program to provide a boost to Georgia Gives Day — a statewide campaign to encourage communities throughout Georgia to support nonprofits in the state, climaxing in a 24-hour statewide giving event on Dec. 6. It is being coordinated by the Georgia Center for Nonprofits.
