Betsy DiGiorgio, owner of The Bird and The Bee, a home and garden boutique at 2968 Atlanta Rd. in Smyrna, recently announced the launch of the company’s new website, www.birdandthebee.com.

The website features a user-friendly design to help customers easily navigate the site in order to browse, set up appointments or request quotes on any piece of furniture that catches their eye.

In addition to vintage furniture, hand-crafted jewelry, fragrant soaps and lotions, the company carries Chalk Paint decorative paint by Annie Sloan, a velvety paint with a matte finish that can be used in a variety of ways. The Bird and The Bee also offers regular Chalk Paint workshops, which are easy to access and sign up for through the new website. Under the guidance of DiGiorgio and Melissa Welch, workshop attendees can learn five to six Chalk Paint techniques and all of the secrets to waxing.
