Sterling Risk Advisors, an Atlanta-based risk management firm, announced on Thursday that they have moved into larger offices at Granite Properties’ 2500 Cumberland building which is within walking distance of the new Atlanta Braves stadium site in Cobb County. The firm’s new offices at 2500 Cumberland Parkway, Suite 400, occupy 25,263-square feet.

Kirk Rich, lead broker of Rich Real Estate, and Kyle Jenks, lead broker of Parkside Partners, were the tenant brokerage team. Leasing agents were Glenn Kolker and Sonia Winfield of Cassidy Turley.

After the firm’s recent merger with the Graham-Naylor Agency, the company’s staff increased dramatically, driving the need to find new space.
