Gert was born and raised in New Jersey and lived there for 82 years before moving to Powder Springs to be close to family. Gert enjoys many friends at the West Cobb Senior Center where she enjoys knitting with the “Knit Wits” on Mondays and with a second group of friends on Wednesdays.
