Police arrested Tiffany Ann Coffey of Smyrna on July 8 after they say she stabbed a man with a large stainless steel kitchen knife during an argument the day before.

The victim was cut from the wrist to the tip of the thumb and suffered a severed tendon. Police are treating the incident as domestic violence.

Coffey is charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. She is being held on $30,000 bond at the Cobb County Jail.
