Justin Scott Lucas, 20, of Kennesaw was accused Sept. 10 of two misdemeanors and one felony. The misdemeanors include marijuana possession and battery; the felony was aggravated assault.

Police say Lucas was in a dispute with another man. According to the warrant, when the dispute became physical the police were called; Lucas fled to his vehicle and sped toward the other man while screaming an obscenity, but stopped before the car hit him.

Lucas has been released on $10,000 bond.
