Frankie R. Quale, of Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with being a pedestrian under the influence, after a warrant said he was walking along Cobb Parkway on Jan. 5 at 4:09 a.m. while drunk, and repeatedly stumbled as he crossed Kennesaw Due West Road.

Quale was also charged with giving an officer a false name and date of birth, and was held in a Cobb County jail on a $2,000 bond, according to a warrant.
