A North Carolina man with outstanding warrants for a juvenile rape is now charged with multiple counts after being taken into custody in a Smryna neighborhood.

Police say that 26-year-old Aaron Jarrell Rodman was seen walking around a Wisteria Drive home and peering into the windows. Officers were called, but the man left the scene before the police arrived. Later his white Nissan Altima was spotted by officers in an unmarked car at a nearby vacant home on Bellemeade Way. Rodman was taken into custody returning to his car as he walked out of the woods near the home.

Rodman is being held at the Cobb County Jail as he awaits extradition to North Carolina on the prior warrants.
