Marietta man inducted into SALUTE

Robert Fisher of Marietta was one of the 27 inductees when the newly formed Thomas University chapter of the SALUTE Veterans National Honor Society inducted its first members during a ceremony April 15 inside the Balfour Chapel on TU’s Main Campus.

In order to be inducted into SALUTE, a student must be an honorably discharged military veteran and maintain a grade point average of at least 3.0.

Fisher served 23 years in the U.S. Air Force. At Thomas University, he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
