* The Cobb County School Board will hold a swearing-in ceremony for new board members Randy Scamihorn and Brad Wheeler on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the boardroom, 514 Glover St. in Marietta. The board will hold a special called meeting at 5 p.m. to elect the 2013 board chair and vice chair.
