Police say Charles Robert Miller, 29, of Kennesaw, discharged a weapon on Nov. 16, nearly striking Hernandez Gerordo.
“The projectile did strike the vehicle of the victim as he was exiting his vehicle,” according to the arrest warrant taken out by Kennesaw Police Department’s Officer K.A. Todman.
Miller is charged with aggravated assault, use of a fire arm by a convicted felon and discharging a weapon near a public street.
Miller was convicted of a felony for his role in a 2005 home invasion in Detroit, according to the warrant.
