A Lithonia man was arrested Dec. 4 on charges of terroristic threats and harassing phone calls. Police say Deshawn Dais, Jr. made repeated threats to kill a man. According to the warrant, Dais sent numerous text messages informing the victim he wanted to fight, as well as attaching photos of himself posing with guns on his Twitter account in an attempt to terrorize him. Dais had been contacting the victim through continuous phone calls since August 2013 “threatening bodily harm” and implying that he or his associates would have him killed.

Cobb County police issued a bond of $6000, the warrant states.
