Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, which has two offices in Cobb County, has entered into an exclusive partnership with DotLoop to provide an entirely new paperless transaction experience for their real estate buyers, sellers and agents.

By implementing DotLoop, real estate buyers can view all of their contracts and documents online and see the status of their real estate transaction every step of the way. From negotiations to complete offers with electronic signatures, everything about in the partnership streamlines the real estate process and provides an environmentally friendly alternative to the mounds of paperwork realtors and their clients usually have to print to process.

In order to encourage the conversion from paper to virtual contracts, President/CEO Kevin Levent is picking up all of the costs and offering this service for free to every realtor in the BHGRE Metro Brokers network. In addition, Levent is also providing extensive training opportunities to give Realtors the chance to become familiar with the program.

Unlike any other online document systems available, BHGRE Metro Brokers is heavily integrated in the backend of DotLoop. Documents are instantly shared with office managers, who can turn around and send it to the accounting department. With this type of backend assistance, transactions will move from contract to closing faster than before.

DotLoop also allows BHGRE Metro Brokers’ Realtors to share documents and tasks with their clients and other pertinent people to the transaction, all in one place. By eliminating physical documents and moving to a secure online environment, BHGRE Metro Brokers can obtain eSignatures even if clients are at work or on vacation, so that clients don’t have to be inconvenienced.
