Late night shooting near Austell kills one, injures another

A shooting Tuesday night at an apartment complex near Austell left one person dead and a second person wounded.

Cobb police say the shooting happened around shortly after 10 p.m. in the parking lot of the Parkview Apartments on Six Flags Drive.

There are reports of multiple shots were fired at the scene, One of the victims was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
