Northstar Place Senior Living, 3250 Quick Water Landing in Kennesaw, announced it will have a grand re-opening event on Thursday from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

Dr. Ike Reighard, founder of Northstar Church, senior pastor of Piedmont Church and the CEO of MUST Ministries, will speak on the naming of “Northstar.” He is also the author of “Finding Your Northstar.” The Cobb Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting, and Acworth mayor Tommy Allegood and Kennesaw Mayor Mark Mathews will present proclamations from their cities.

The grand re-opening coincides with the rebranding of its parent company, Enlivant, which is under new ownership and executive leadership.

Northstar Place, a provider of assisted living services and care to seniors, has a full-time registered nurse partnered with each resident to build a highly customized plan of care to maintain their health, well-being and happiness. The company also offers diverse programming celebrating each resident’s unique needs and abilities in the community.
