Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna will have a free class called “Advance Directives” on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Camille Lococo, director of case management, will provide information on preparing an advance directive as well as provide materials to create the appropriate documentation. Plan to provide the name, address and phone number of the person you wish to designate to make health care decisions for you in the event you are not able to make them yourself. Space is limited.

The hospital is at 3949 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna.
