Louise B. Huddleston, age 89, Smyrna, GA, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011. She was born in Jasper, GA, July 25, 1922, and was preceded in death by her parents, William & Mattie Blan; husband, Reverend James Lewis Huddleston; brother, Jack Blan; daughter-in-law, Carlene Huddleston; and grandchild, Beth Huddleston. Mrs. Huddleston was married to Reverend Huddleston for 67 years and she served with him as the pastor’s wife for 64 years. She was a member of Welcome Grove Baptist Church in Smyrna, GA. Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, James Gerald “Buddy” Huddleston & wife, Barbara of Buchanan, GA, and Ray Huddleston & wife, Sarah of Dallas, GA; nine grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., from Clark Funeral Home, with Dr. Preston Moore, Reverend Jack Cole and Reverend Jeff Towe officiating. Interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, December 6, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
