Will Davis has joined the law firm of GMH360 as its newest associate. Davis joins an established group of attorneys including the firm’s partners Heath Garrett, Heather McNatt Hennessey, Chris Carpenter, Bert Reeves and public policy expert Mitch Hunter.
Davis is practicing in the areas of general civil litigation, criminal defense and estate planning. He began working with GMHC360 after working as a bilingual Staff Attorney with the Georgia Legal Services Program in its Albany regional office. While at GLSP, he practiced in the areas of family law, housing law, administrative law and estate planning. Davis was also responsible for cases for all Spanish-speaking clients in the office’s 21-county region. In 2010, the Albany Herald named Davis one of Southwest Georgia’s “Forty Under 40 Young Professionals.”
Davis is now a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Marietta Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Georgia State Bar Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy Class of 2013 and also represents the Northern District of Georgia on the YLD’s Executive Council. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 2009 and received his Bachelors of Arts in Spanish from the University of Georgia in 2006.
“We’re very excited to have Will become a part of the GMHC360 team. Our firm has a very unique combination of talents, and Will is no exception with his ability to work as a bilingual attorney in a wide range of practice areas,” said Heath Garrett, Founder and Managing Partner of GMHC360.
“It is great to return home to Cobb County working with a firm built on providing the highest quality services in law and public policy,” said Davis.
