WEST COBB — A DUI crash late Wednesday killed one man and left another in custody, authorities said.
Cobb Police say that about 11 p.m. Wednesday night, Keven T. Inman, 29, ran his Suzuki Forenza into the back of a Saturn SW2 driven by John S. Bryan. Both were headed south on Kennesaw Due West Road near Grant Circle, which is just south of Kennesaw Mountain High School, according to police.
Bryan, 51, of Powder Springs, was later pronounced dead at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. He was a custodian at the high school.
Keven Inman and his passenger, Kelven Inman, 28, were both also taken to Kennestone.
Keven Inman is being held without bond at Cobb Jail on charges of DUI, vehicular homicide, serious injury by vehicle and other charges.
Kelven Inman was treated and released from Kennestone.
Police identified both Inmans as being from Wellington, Fla., though Keven Inman’s jail book-in sheet lists his address as Scarlett Lane in Kennesaw.
