Brooks Chadwick Capital, 255 Village Parkway in Marietta, acquired 4.1 acres on Lassiter Road approximately half of a mile from the intersection of Johnson Ferry Road, directly across the street from the Lassiter Walk subdivision in east Cobb.

The development firm purchased the land and will develop the property into a community consisting of 10 homes. The lot sizes will begin at one third of an acre. Homes will average 4,500 square feet in size and will be priced starting at $850,000.

The neighborhood is districted for Shallowford Falls Elementary, Hightower Trail Middle and Pope High schools.

Brooks Chadwick is a privately held real estate development company founded in 2008 to acquire and develop residential lots and raw land in premium locations. The four principals of Brooks Chadwick have participated in more than $1 billion in real estate transactions in premium communities in north Metro Atlanta, while providing outstanding returns to its investors.
