Vadna Joyce Barker Bickley, 71, of Marietta, GA formerly of Montezuma, GA passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Tranquility Hospice in Austell, Ga. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, February 23, in the Chapel of Watson-Mathews Funeral Home in Montezuma with Elder Will Lewis officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Mrs. Bickley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Paula and William Rice of Kennesaw, GA; two sons, James Monroe Bickley III and Kenneth Merrill Bickley both of Marietta, GA; granddaughter, Becky Rice Sowar and her husband Jon Sowar of Temple, GA; two great granddaughters, Ansley Kate Sowar and Allie Elizabeth Sowar of Temple, GA; sister, Juanita Hall of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Roy Barker of Montezuma, GA; and a host of numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
