Amoena to have breast cancer survivor contest

Amoena, 1701 Barrett Lakes Boulevard NW in Kennesaw, is joining with the Young Survival Coalition to bring a contest and nationwide search for the next Amoena Ambassador.

Contest participants can win the chance to be an Amoena Ambassador, enjoy a spa day getaway and support other women. Breast cancer survivors or friends of survivors can tell how they have redefined strength and beauty after their breast cancer journey at Participants can also enter by emailing with “Mission: Strength” in the subject line. The deadline to enter is March 14 and must include a recent photo of the survivor. Winners will be announced on April 1.

The grand prize includes three $10,000 donations to YSC by Amoena made on behalf of each of the three winners. Each of the three Amoena Ambassadors will also receive a one-year’s supply of Amoena lingerie, a spa-day getaway, a makeover and photo shoot in Amoena’s newest clothing lines to be featured in Amoena’s magazine and other publications.

All approved entries will appear on the Amoena website to showcase inspirational lives and share them with others.

The Young Survival Coalition is the premier global organization dedicated to issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer.
