CROWLEY, Colo. (AP) — Two prison staff members are reported to be seriously injured in a disturbance at a state prison in southwest Colorado.

Officials at the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility in Crowley tell KOAA-TV that at least one prisoner is involved, but it’s not clear what happened that led to the injuries.

State prison spokeswoman Alison Morgan says authorities are still trying to get more information.

Crowley is about 45 miles east of Pueblo.
