A Marietta man faces a felony child molestation charge for the second time.

Angel Obed Lopez-Herrera, 17, is accused of molesting a 6-year-old boy and was allegedly caught in the act by the victim’s mother.

Lopez-Herrera was recently charged with child molestation after he allegedly pulled down the pants of a 9-year-old autistic child and touched his genitals, according to the arrest warrant.

The arrest took place at View Point Mental Hospital.

He remains in the Cobb jail without bond and is being held for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
