People are (finally) starting to ask questions about the Schumer-Rubio amnesty legislation that will soon be considered on the floor of the U.S. Senate. The word is that there will be a final vote sometime around June 10. Maybe you have noticed by now: The MSM is doing a stellar job of passing on the talking points from the open borders lobby, but a poor job of allowing the average American to understand the actual bill.

It is a scam that would legalize 11-20 million now undocumented Democrats and would not  result in “secure borders.” Making it a  do-over of 1986, only this time it’s is even worse.

So, for anyone who wants to have the facts, we provide a link to “Top 40 Reasons to Oppose the Gang of Eight Amnesty Bill“, from FAIR.” The truth about the bill comes off a little different than the Marco Rubio radio ads produced by “conservative” Mark Zuckerburg, doesn’t it? What’s that? You haven’t been told that Rubio’s media crusade is funded by liberal Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg who wants ever cheaper computer/tech workers?? Hmm..

Stay tuned: Next, we explore how U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson may vote on the 2013 amnesty-again scam.

Since the posting of this article, I have asked multiple people here, including Marie, Robert and Roger to give us some of their suggestions regarding immigration control, other than the usual, "enforce the laws". NOT ONE suggestion from any of the aforementioned. We are now left with the understanding, that the "wingers" are whiners without any kind of a new concept to a very old problem.

The whining is the best the "right" can do, they whined their way to a "smackdown" in 2008 and they whined their way to a second significant loss in 2012. The 2012 loss came as a big surprise to folks like Karl Rove and the cast of misfits at Fox.

@Grady in AL: I asked for unique ideas for addressing the immigration situation. The current laws and former laws are a dismal failure. That's why I have asked the wingers for different ideas other than "enforcing the law". The wingers usual response is "enforce the laws"

Grady, being from AL, I would expect that you would misunderstand my point. Yup!

@Off Balanace: Yes, you are.

Why would I not have the "mind of a liberal" Would you expect me to think like a narrow minded, shallow thinking, thin headed member of the party who thought that Sarah Palin and Mittens were good choices?

I have been asked for my identity a number of times by the very right wing DA King and those who agree with him. Why would I give up my anonymity when others like YOU also use a screen name. I don't trust the very angry "wingers".

You are finished on this topic.

Lib, they don't answer you because you are a fool with foolish nonsense liberal questions: 'What can we do to stop crime: AND DON'T SAY ENFORCE THE LAW?'

@Roger: One more time, I challenge you to make any kind of a unique suggestion pertaining to the decades old problem of illegal immigration. Enforcing the current laws is not unique. I have challenged DA, Marie, Robert and now you for the SECOND time, so far no response from anyone.

If you are going to constantly criticize anything without making any suggestions for improvemnt that behavior qualifies you as a "cry baby". Waaaaaaaah!

@Roger: Spin my words however you wish. I love it when someone who has the depth of a saucer puts words in my mouth. You have yet to make any cogent remarks or suggestions pertinent to the long running immigration situation.

Have a nice day. You are finished.

Lib In Cobb-

Once agian you show the mind of a liberal. "@Off balance: Kevin and I agree on most everything. He has never asked me for my identity. Only the "cave dwellers" want to know who I am. Therefore I will maintain my anonymity."

I will try again--Why does Foley always want to know the names of those who disagree with him yet he always gives you a pass?? Is it because you spell your name the same way??

Are you modeling your efforts after Holder?

You really are having a cognitive reasoning failure here.

Seven in 10 Americans don’t think Congress will be able to pass comprehensive immigration reform, although Democrats and Hispanics are slightly more confident, according to a poll released Friday.

Only 24 percent of registered voters think a comprehensive immigration law will be signed this year, according to the Quinnipiac University poll, with 71 percent expecting negotiations between Democrats and Republicans to fail. The full Senate is set to start considering the bipartisan Gang of Eight legislation next month. If legislation survives that test, the challenge will shift to the House, dominated by Republicans who are skeptical of key elements of the deal, including a pathway to citizenship.

In the spirit of a new people that is conscious not only of its proud historical heritage but also of the brutal "gringo" invasion of our territories, we, the Chicano inhabitants and civilizers of the northern land of Aztlan from whence came our forefathers, reclaiming the land of their birth and consecrating the determination of our people of the sun, declare that the call of our blood is our power, our responsibility, and our inevitable destiny.

We are free and sovereign to determine those tasks which are justly called for by our house, our land, the sweat of our brows, and by our hearts. Aztlan belongs to those who plant the seeds, water the fields, and gather the crops and not to the foreign Europeans. We do not recognize capricious frontiers on the bronze continent.

Brotherhood unites us, and love for our brothers makes us a people whose time has come and who struggles against the foreigner "gabacho" who exploits our riches and destroys our culture. With our heart in our hands and our hands in the soil, we declare the independence of our mestizo nation. We are a bronze people with a bronze culture. Before the world, before all of North America, before all our brothers in the bronze continent, we are a nation, we are a union of free pueblos, we are Aztlan.

Geez Lib, you don't want the immigration law enforced now and you are too dumb to see that you won't want the law enforced net week or next year.

That's open borders.

@Roger: A short PS.

The GOP knows is coming apart at the seams. They are to date incapable of developing any strategy that may correct the current nose dive.

Please don't use the elections of the House as an example of how the GOP rules. The elections of those to congress, Senate and House, are only a reflection of the state in which those folks reside and on a much smaller level the district in which they reside.

The poster child for crazy reps, Bachmann, saw fit to announce her retirement. There are several reasons why she made that decision, term limits is not one of the reasons. Bachmann is facing some very serious legal issues and she would probably not be successful in a re-election attempt.

The last paragraph was thrown in as a bonus, to illustrate the craziness within your party.

Have nice day.

@RogerMoore:

I am not now, nor have I ever been in favor of open borders. Now comes the hard part for you to understand. A streamlined approach to legal entry into the US is the best way to control the undocumented population. A legal entry process can now take as long 8 years, accompanied by many legal complications.

Feel free to make things up about me as you go along, you will be incorrect the majority of the time. Much like most of the "wingers" out there, when it comes to honesty.

I will challenge you the same I have challenged others here. Since you are so vocal about the current ineffective methods being used to solve the immigration issue. Please give us some examples of your ideas on this complicated issue which dates back to the Eisenhower admin.

It is not me or other Liberals who are angry, it is the conservative population which has adequately demonstrated their anger because a Liberal man, with a Muslim name dared to become President of The United States. Enjoy the ride. You may be looking at another 8 to 16 years of a Liberal being in the White House due to the continued disintergration of the GOP.

@Robert: OK, you are another poster here who is illuminating the short comings of the immigration bill. I will ask you as I have asked Marie and DA. What is your idea for solving the immigration situation? Rounding "THEM" all up and taking "THEM" to the border is a logistical impossibility. Please give us a unique idea. Marie has not reponded to my challenge nor has DA. Oh wait, Marie said, "Enforce the current laws". Not unique at all.

Lib in Cobb. I have seen your mindless posts here for quite some time. You are really too dim to be a problem, but it is hilarious that you are too dim to see that you really are an open borders loon.Your argument is always to NOT enforce th elaw and that will never change because you are able to thik about as far as your nose.

You are a classic angry liberal without a clue.

How about the fact that the Gang of Eight are traitors to American citizens? That might be the MAIN REASON TO OPPOSE THEM!!

Recent Hart Research Associates Poll:

•By four to one (73% to 17%), Americans favor the bipartisan immigration reform plan recently introduced in the Senate.

•90% of polled Americans feel Congress must take action now to fix our broken immigration system.

•By nearly two to one, voters today say that immigration is strengthening rather than weakening the U.S.

•The more Americans know, the greater the support: Among those initially undecided about immigration reform, providing information about the plan substantially increased support for it - 74% support the plan once it is described - versus just 11% opposed.
