Temple Kol Emeth will host the Second Annual Avodah Awards Gala at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Cobb County. This annual community service awards celebration began in 2008 to recognize individuals for their significant service and contributions to Temple Kol Emeth and/or the greater Atlanta Jewish community. Award recipients will be Temple Kol Emeth’s Cantorial Soloist Blake Singer and Lisa and Sam Olens. The evening will feature WSB Radio’s Clark Howard as the Master of Ceremonies with musical entertainment by The Joe Gransden Jazz Quartet. (770) 973-9205.
