The Georgia Alpaca Association presents this FREE, family friendly event, The Royal Alpaca Challenge, on November 21 & 22 at the Georgia International Horse Park, site of the Olympic equestrian events. Easy drive from Marietta/Atlanta and sure to delight adults and children! Participants from across the eastern U.S. will complete in the show ring. Fiber artists will demonstrate weaving and more uses for the world's finest, natural fiber - alpaca! Come browse the Silent Auction tables for treasures. Vendors will offer hats, sweaters, vests, rugs and more made of luxurious alpaca fleece. Fiber arts and weaving guilds are cordially invited. 4-H, FFA and like organizations will enjoy learning about this wonderful farming option from owners who raise and show alpacas.
